Create a second layer and input your artwork. Just hide the template layer prior to printing so that the label lines to not print. All that we need to do to be able to print the submission with the form looking as we have designed it and with all the data entered is to set up the email notification to send us the link that we can use for this.
Basically, we will add a print button to the form or even on all pages if you so wish — you can do that by following the steps here: Print Button on Forms. What it will do for us, is that it will create a link to the specific submission made on your form and once you click on it, it will take you to the form with all of the data that was added during that submission with the fields prefilled for you.
Now, this is a very simple way to do it, for your future submissions, but there is a way to do it for your past submissions as well and that is described in the following segment.
While we can not go back in time and set the email notification to enable us to print the old submissions, this is still possible through Jotform Tables. The way to do it is to select your form and then click on the Submissions button.
